Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Advertising spend is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to the ad platforms.
You may cancel at any time with no penalty by emailing info@greataimarketing.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep the service you already paid for through that date. Because our work is performed during the month it is billed for, fees already charged are not prorated or refunded.
Any revenue figures, ROI ranges, or performance examples shown on this site are illustrations based on industry averages and past work — not promises. Your results depend on your trade, service area, pricing, competition, call volume, and how quickly you follow up on leads. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, bookings, reviews, or any amount of revenue.
You agree to give us timely access to the accounts we need, provide accurate information about your business, review and approve content within a reasonable time, and hold the rights to materials you give us. You remain the sender of record for outbound email, SMS, and calls run on your behalf, and are responsible for compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state consent and call-recording rules.
You own your brand, customer data, leads, and the content we produce for you once paid. We own our underlying methods, templates, prompts, and tooling. The services are provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
